There are so many beautiful Christmas decorations out there and it is hard to be original. You can definitely go over the top though and I am of the belief that keeping it simple is the best way to avoid cheesy Christmas decor. Stick to one colour or theme and let your originality sparkle!
White is by far my favourite Christmas colour, but don't be afraid to mix it with black
