I love this time of the year. We have only just gotten over Christmas and now have another excuse for a party!

These NYE decorating ideas are simple, sophisticated and classic.

 

I love the use of the clock crockery just to remind everyone of why we are here...

And of course, plenty of champagne.

Christmas decorations

There are so many beautiful Christmas decorations out there and it is hard to be original. You can definitely go over the top though and I am of the belief that keeping it simple is the best way to avoid cheesy Christmas decor. Stick to one colour or theme and let your originality sparkle!

White is by far my favourite Christmas colour, but don't be afraid to mix it with black

A friend introduced me to this website a while ago and I've found these great little decorations as an alternative to the traditional Christmas decorations. You can remove them when your finished without damaging the wall. Lots of other great ideas so have a look....
