The Evolution of Wallpaper

Wallpaper is not what it used to be. My stylish mother doesn't like it but this is the same woman that doesn't get the concept of fascinators and couldn't understand why I would buy a pair of cowboy boots on e-bay.
Gone are the days of red velvet walls and it seems there is now wallpaper for every style. Our class visited the Redelman Fabric House in Fortitude Valley which is where I think I fell in love. We were shown wallpaper made from linen and silks, pressed leaves and even metal. So beautiful - wallpaper has definitely evolved Mum.
